As an Ayurvedic counselor I am devoted to helping women reconnect with the deep intelligence of their bodies and the rhythms of nature that support health, joy and resilience.
I aim to make Ayurvedic tools and wisdom practical, effective and deeply personal - something you can weave into your everyday life, not just visit in moments of crisis. Healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with a warm meal prepared with love, a quiet pause between tasks, a cup of herbal tea or a simple bedtime foot massage.
I am here to remind you: your body already knows what it needs to heal. Together we will cultivate the art of listening - tuning in to the subtle signals your body offers each day. I will teach you to understand your body's language so you can confidently choose what supports your vitality and longevity. This is the essence of Ayurveda: knowing how to nourish and care for yourself with attuned wisdom rather than chasing external trends or quick fixes. You will learn what to eat based on how you feel, which activities will bring you back to balance and simple practices that, practiced over time, will unlock profound resilience and radiance. I know this because I have lived this path myself and have witnessed its unfolding in the lives of so many individuals I’ve been honored to guide.
Living in tune with nature in and around you can improve digestion, soothe the nervous system, regulate hormones and enhance every aspect of life. I have seen time and time again how chronic imbalances in the body and mind can be transformed through consistent and loving holistic care.
